What data we collect
We only collect the data needed to run the app: account details (name, email), check-in data, contact details (which you enter yourself), technical device data and subscription data. Optionally we record your location at check-in if you enable that feature. Between check-ins no location is requested, and no movement profile is built. No health data, no advertising identifiers.
How we use data
Your data is used to operate the app: sending reminders, notifying contacts, managing subscriptions and providing support. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use the following third parties: Supabase (backend), AWS SES (email), Firebase (push notifications), RevenueCat (subscription management).
Retention
Check-in history is retained for 14 days. Account data remains as long as the account exists. After account deletion, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. For requests, contact support@diehmension.ch. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
